Please make your appointment online and visit us on-site to have your Diet Lifestyle Profile performed by one of our Registered Nurses. Additionally, do note that you must present your ID for your appointment. Some instructions you should pay attention to:
- Avoid biotin supplements and fatty foods for at least 2 days before your appointment.
- Take a break from sports and contraception as they affect your hormones.
- Females who are on their period should take this test on their third day.

How Long Will My Results Take?
