What is a Kidney Blood test?

The kidneys are two small secondary organs that produce urine. These are responsible for filtering toxins from the blood and achieving a balance of water, ions and pH.

Urea: gauges how well they are functioning.

Creatinine: determines malfunction or failure.

Phosphate: Is essential for producing energy, muscles, nerve function and bone growth. Measures the amount of phosphate in your blood.

Albumin: measures the amount of protein in the transparent liquid portion of the blood.

Bicarbonate: healthy organs help keep your bicarbonate levels in balance. Measures the amount of bicarbonate in your blood.

Please take test sample in the morning. We advise that you use this at least one hour before any medication.

How long do blood test results take?

When we target a turnaround time for your Blood test results within 1 working day of receiving it
in the laboratory, our turnaround time is a guide only, depending upon the assay run schedule.

And please take your test from Monday to Thursday to avoid delivery delays at the lab.

Shipping & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To Qualify for any return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. Not used, not opened, unworn, in its original packaging. You will also need to send it to us with the receipt or proof of purchase.
