Antigen Sales Shipping and Return Policy
Antigen Customers who order with 1 return label agree that it cannot be automatically returned to the High level Laboratory. The default setting for the the labels at the check out is for 2 labels. If the customer changes the default setting for any reason including to save £2 the responsibility is with them. The company prefers to ship and return label with a laboratory product. Where the customer wished to obtain a return label they can go online and directly with Royal Mail. A small fee of under £3 is usually applicable for a Track48 return label.
The return tracking number for return labels is not compatible with the companies Online Data systems. The reason is that Royal Mail does not license the number algorithms to us. So the customer will need to record carefully their third party return tracking number on their Instructions sheet and also we suggest send it to us in WhatsApp support.
HPV Customers who decide to return a kit back to us before thy have opened it can obtain a refund for the product price in full. This does not include the courier charges. These are not refundable. If the kit is opened then the customer may not return the kit. This is a regulation from the Health Department. However we do offer a 50% refund in these cases for the product price only.

Where the staff of the company have engaged in robbery and online attacks the company will collect evidence and report online. The company has the right to defend itself and the customer and the staff members agree to their information being published where it’s in the public interest to warn others of these practices.
